- The recognizer shall not be obligated to the judicial Admission unless it is proven that the judicial Admission was false through a judicial ruling, such as if a person says that he sold a property and received its price, then it is evident what he has said is false.
- Admission is the best evidence, and therefore it is not permissible to revoke it except for a mistake in reality, meaning that the recognizer proves that he made a mistake, and then his admission is mistaken.
- Judicial Admission is limited to the recognizer himself, and does not extend to others.
- The admission is indivisible on recognizer unless it focuses on several facts that are not related to each other, that is, it is not permissible for the recognizer to take from the admission what is good for him.
