Judicial Admission, according to Article 94 of the Syrian Law, is: The recognition of the litigant, or his representative on behalf of a private prosecution, of a defendant legal fact before the court during the course of the case related to this incident.
Conditions for judicial Admission:
- That the judicial declaration is made in front of the judiciary.
- That the judicial Admission takes place during the course of the case.
- To be an adult sane person.
- That it does not contradict the truth: as if a person says his fingerprint on a bond while his finger is cut off.
The judicial declaration must be on a material fact, such as an acknowledgment of sale or a debt.
