The wife’s demand for Trousseau Items requires the fulfillment of two conditions: the first is the wife’s ownership of the Trousseau Items, and the second is the husband to take these things unlawfully.
The value of these things is estimated by asking or the physical inspection of the property in order to be judged when these things cannot be delivered later.
The consideration of cases of Trousseau Items, whether demanding them or their value is the prerogative of the Sharia courts.
