A divorced woman is entitled to Alimony when the divorce occurs or when the court rules for separation.
And women do not have alimony in the following cases:
1- Widowed Waiting Period.
2- Unlawful Marriage.
3- Wife who becomes apostasy.
Husband is obliged to pay the alimony of divorce, separation.
Alimony is the same as Marital Alimony, where it is decided from the date of the Legal Waiting Period and shall not be more than nine months.
