Who deserves the Mandatory Testamentary?
The sons and daughters of the son and the sons and daughters of the son of the son.
The Amount of the Mandatory Testamentary: The will of the grandchildren is the amount of their share of what their father inherits from his deceased origin, provided that it does not exceed one third of the inheritance.
Conditions of the Mandatory Testamentary:
1- The grandchildren should not inherit the inheritance of their grandfather.
2- That their grandfather not give them the inheritance.
3- That their father died before the death of the ascendants
