When a person sells something he does not own, the buyer has the right to ask for the cancellation of the sale.
Also, that sale is not considered effective against the owner unless approved.
And the sale is reversed right by the buyer in two cases:
The first case: If the sale is approved by the owner, but the owner’s approval must be for the sale of the property of others before the buyer makes a claim to nullify the sale in accordance with the jurisprudence.
The second case: If the ownership of the sale is transferred to the seller after the contract
But if the owner does not authorize the sale, then the situation will return to what it was before the contract, then the buyer will return the sale and the seller will return the price, on the basis that what was paid was unlawful after it was decided to nullify the contract.
