Legal housing: It is the suitable residence for a wife in a healthy and safe manner, which provides all the necessary housing for the basic needs of life such as bedding, kitchen, bathroom, restroom , furniture, food and that are compatible with the economic and social situation that the husband’s peers have.
Conditions that must be met by a legal residence:
1- That it is suitable for the husband’s condition, as it can be one separate room and common facilities with the husband’s family, provided that the wife is not offended by them.
2 – That the house be similar to the house of the husband’s peers, whether it is an owner or tenant.
3- To be within the residential gatherings so that the wife feels affability and reassurance.
4 -To be equipped with the necessary tools and furniture for sleeping, sitting and household utensils according to the customs of the people of the country.
