In order to protect property legally, the document number, type, name of the official body that issued it and the date of issuance must be preserved, for example: a court ruling issued by a court (….) base number (…..) date
Thus, upon the loss of the document, a certified copy of it can be obtained based on that information from the Primary Record at the relevant department
There are many documents of proof of ownership, including:
(Court Ruling – Notary Public – Title Deeds – Real Property Record) where it is sufficient to save the information referred to in order to obtain a certified copy of it at any time from the authority that issued it. That is, the right to property is fixed even if the title deed is lost
