If a person rents a property and it becomes evident that the lessor is not the owner of the property, in this case the following conditions are required:
1- That the lessor proves goodwill, meaning that he believes that he is renting from the property owner or his agent, and that the lessor has a bond that makes him appear as the owner of the property.
2- That the lessor has done this for the benefit and interest of the property owner.
If this is not available, the rent will not be effective.
Therefore, we advise anyone who wants to enter into a lease to verify the legal document with the lessor, who authorizes it to rent.
