1- The Co-Property landlord has the right to leave it, because he is not obligated to stay in it.
2 – The lawsuit of Co-Property Cancellation is filed against all partners and owners of rights according to the Cadastral Certificate.
3 – The lawsuit of Co-Property Cancellation does not take place unless ownership is transferred to the heirs, except when the heirs remain as one share towards the rest of the owners without a dispute between them.
4- The request for the Co-Property Cancellation does not require the approval of the Sharia judge to sell the minor’s share in it.
5- One of the heirs has no right in the lawsuit of Co-Property Cancellation to file the lawsuit in the name of the heirs because they each have an independent share of the other.
