Arbitrary Divorce

If a man divorces his wife without reason and the wife suffers from misery, then the wife has the right to claim compensation for arbitrary divorce in accordance with a lawsuit before the Sharia Court, and the court rules for the alimony so that the alimony does not exceed more than three years, and the payment of this alimony is due to the judge’s ruling and can be paid in total or monthly.
