It is issued by the principal and authorizes the agent to sell to himself or others. The principal may not terminate or limit the Irrevocable Power of Attorney without the consent of the agent in accordance with the text of Article 682 paragraph 2 of the Syrian Civil Code and jurisprudence.
Also, the death of the principal does not prevent the confirmation of this sale without the consent of his heirs.
Also, the agent (the buyer) or his heirs can confirm the sale included in the Irrevocable Power of Attorney without consulting the heirs of the principal (the seller).
But the Irrevocable Power of Attorney is not registered in the real estate registry, where it remains on the name of its seller, and can sell it to another buyer. Therefore, the agency must register and transfer ownership in the real estate registry.
