The lawsuit to confirm the sale of the property in which the seller acknowledges to the buyer the sale requires the following:
- Real estate registration statement.
- A request that includes: Positioning the plot of property on Cadastre, record number (), real estate area (), compelling the defendant to confirm the sale of the defendant to a share interest or all of the property.
- If the seller is not the owner of the registration, but according to a court ruling, certified copies of the ownership documents of all the previous owners must be obtained to reach the owner of the registration, and this is called the sequence of ownership.
- Preparing the request for Positioning the plot of property on Cadastre and it consists of: A copy of the lawsuit application, a real estate registration statement, all the lawsuit documents, from the real estate registration statement and all documents related to the case.
- After preparing the lawsuit file, it is submitted to the judge to register in order to determine the date of the judicial session.

- The plaintiff obtains the original judgment after paying the due fees.
- The plaintiff places the original judgment in an executive file, so that the name of the buyer is registered in the real estate registry.
- The transaction of registering property in the real estate registry is carried out after paying the required fees, as well as exonerating the property in the Finance Directorate.
