1- The request for Precautionary Seizure shall be within a summons that includes the plaintiff’s demands
2- The requester of the Precautionary Seizure must pay a cash guarantee determined by the court in the light of the evidence presented in order to secure compensation for the execution debtor.
3- The requester of the Precautionary Seizure is exempted from paying the guarantee if the bond under which the Seizure is requested is a ruling or an official bond that is enforceable.
4- If the court rejects the claim of the plaintiff, it shall order the detainee for the amount of the guarantee, without prejudice to the right of the execution debtor to claim additional compensation if necessary.
5- The guarantee shall be returned to the person requesting the Precautionary Seizure in the event of a final judgment.
6- The Trial Court may limit the scope of the seizure to what is sufficient to fulfill the claimed right, alter its proposition, or decide to remove it from the rest of the seized funds by an independent decision issued in the litigation jurisdiction.
