Is it permissible to force the wife to continue in married life?
In law, it is not permissible for the wife to be forced at all to continue in married life.
As for the so-called (wife’s request to the House of Obedience), it is not physically present in the law, but a Notification of Obedience is filed by the husband, and if his claim is right, he can only cut her alimony off. For the woman, when it is impossible for the continuation of the married life, to file a lawsuit of Divorce for Marital Discord, and once the lawsuit is filed, at the end of it she gets the judge’s decision to separation, regardless of whether or not the husband agrees.
